You do not need to set up an account prior to placing an order with us.
During the order process we will collect the needed information, and
create My Account.
To set up an account to receive our product updates and special offers,
just click on “My Account” located at the top of the letmom.com
homepage. This will bring you to an account login page. Please complete
your information under the “I want to create an account” heading,
then click "continue" to complete the process. This will take
you to My Account menu.
You can change your e-mail address, or any other account information by
clicking on “My Account” located at the top of the letmom.com
homepage. This will bring you to an account login page. Please fill out
the fields under the “I already have an account” heading,
then click "continue." This will take you to your account menu.
Click on "Account Info. & Password Change." You will then
view your account information. You can change any of the information listed.
When you are done, click “Click Here to Continue."
You can track your order by clicking on “My Account” located
at the top of the letmom.com homepage. This will bring you to an account
login page. Please fill out the fields under the “I already have
an account” heading, then click "continue." This will
take you to your account menu. Click on “Order Status”. Select
the invoice you wish to view, by clicking on it. This will give you the
full details of your order as well as shipping information.
You can track your order by clicking on “My Account” located
at the top of the letmom.com homepage. This will bring you to an account
login page. Please fill out the fields under the “I already have
an account” heading, then click "continue." This will
take you to your account menu. Click on “Order Status”. Click
on the invoice you wish to track. You can then click on the shipping symbol
under the "Date Shipped" column next to each item to view detailed
tracking information. Packages shipped USPS display
a delivery confirmation only. Detailed tracking information is not available.
Please note that some items require special shipping arrangements, and
may not be trackable during the delivery process.
To subscribe or unsubscribe to the letmom.com newsletter, you must
login to “My Account”, located at the top of the letmom.com
homepage. After logging in, click under the heading 'E-mail Status' to
