Shipping Policy
At this time, we offer Standard Shipping (Ground) to the lower 48 states of America.
What if I'm not shipping to my billing address?
If your order is shipping to an address other than the billing address on your credit card, we may contact you to list the alternate address with your credit card company. This helps prevent fraudulent use of your credit card. To list the alternate address with your credit card company, just call the 800 number on the back of your card and ask the agent to add the address to the notes on your account. Listing the address before you place an order helps us process your order more quickly.
Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories will be charged additional shipping fees based on destination, size and weight. Carrier restrictions may prevent selected items from being deliverable to destinations within Hawaii, Alaska and US territories. Additionally, promotional shipping offers such as "50 Cent Shipping", free shipping, $1 shipping, $2.90 do not apply to orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or U.S. territories.
Please note that your shipping method indicates transit time only - please allow time for your order to be processed.
Do you offer shipping to APO/FPO addresses, or to U.S. Territories?
Yes. We can ship certain items to APO/FPO destinations.
When can you expect delivery of your order?
Most items leave our warehouse within 1-4 business days after you place your order. As soon as it ships, we e-mail you shipping details, including a tracking number. If you check your order status before receiving that e-mail, you will see that the order is 'Processing'. You can expect most packages to be delivered to their destination within 5-12 business days from the ship date. Please remember that Media and certain larger items can take up to
six weeks for delivery. Specific ship times will be listed in the product page.
Large Items or Items being delivered to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories may take 4-6 weeks from the ship date to complete delivery.
Track your order
You can track your order by clicking on "My Account" located at the top of the letmom.com's
department page. This will bring you to an account login page. Please fill out the fields under the "I already have an account" heading, then click "continue." This will take you to your account menu. Click on "Order Status". Click on the invoice you wish to track. You can then click on the shipping symbol under the "Date Shipped" column next to each item to view detailed tracking information. Packages shipped USPS display a delivery confirmation only. Detailed tracking information is not available.
Order never received?
We strive to ship items accurately and use trackable service for almost every product on our Web site to try to prevent losing your item in transit. If you have tracked your package and found any discrepancies in the delivery or have not received your order after the 10-14 day time frame, please contact one of our customer service representatives, so we can research the status of your package and resolve this issue.
Please note: Media items may take as long as 15 business days to complete delivery. Items shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories can not be tracked and may take as long as 20 business days to complete delivery.
Shipping Carriers
Orders shipped via Standard Shipping will be shipped via the US Postal Service or UPS. Unfortunately, there is no way to guarantee that your order will be shipped via a specific method when you choose standard delivery unless you have a P.O. Box. If you have a P.O. Box, all orders will be shipped via the US Postal Service.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from drugstore.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract with our carriers. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery of your order to the carrier.
Return Policy
If you received the wrong product or a damaged/defective item, you can return the item and receive a full credit under our return policy. Email us and provide the following information:
Your order number.
The name of the product you received damaged or defective.
Whether you prefer a refund or a replacement order.
Please be as descriptive as possible in your reason for returning your items. The more information provided, the quicker we will be able to process the return
If the return can be processed, your refund will be processed within 7 to 14 days after your return is received, and you will be notified via e-mail
You can return most items sold by letmom.com within 20 days from the ship date.
To qualify, initiate the return within 20 days from the ship date and ensure that the item is in its original condition (including: packaging, manuals, warranties, accessories, security seals, etc., and shrink wrap for Book, Music, and Video products).
We must receive your item back within 30 days of when we originally shipped it to you.
Please allow us 14 days from the time we receive your item to process your return.
For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier.
The customer must pay all costs related to return shipping.
Your refund will be the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping and handling fees.
We cannot accept the return of certain items, including:
- Swimming suits, undergarments, body jewelry, software, gourmet foods, flowers, and factory-sealed sports collectible sets
- Items shipped to APO/FPO addresses
- Other select items, as noted on the product detail page

days later), and a third confirmation email when we ship the item.
If the item is still out of stock 30 days after you placed your
order, you will receive another communication from us updating you
