Shipping Policy

At this time, we offer Standard Shipping (Ground) to the lower 48 states of America.
What if I'm not shipping to my billing address? If your order is shipping to an address other than the billing address on your credit card, we may contact you to list the alternate address with your credit card company. This helps prevent fraudulent use of your credit card. To list the alternate address with your credit card company, just call the 800 number on the back of your card and ask the agent to add the address to the notes on your account. Listing the address before you place an order helps us process your order more quickly

Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories will be charged additional shipping fees based on destination, size and weight. Carrier restrictions may prevent selected items from being deliverable to destinations within Hawaii, Alaska and US territories. Additionally, promotional shipping offers such as "50 Cent Shipping", free shipping,  $1 shipping, $2.90 do not apply to orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or U.S. territories.

Please note that your shipping method indicates transit time only - please allow time for your order to be processed.

Do you offer shipping to APO/FPO addresses, or to U.S. Territories?
Yes. We can ship certain items to APO/FPO destinations.

When can you expect delivery of your order?
Most items leave our warehouse within 1-4 business days after you place your order. As soon as it ships, we e-mail you shipping details, including a tracking number. If you check your order status before receiving that e-mail, you will see that the order is 'In Progress'. You can expect most packages to be delivered to their destination within 5-12 business days from the ship date. Please remember that Media and certain larger items can take up to six weeks for delivery. Specific ship times will be listed in the product page. Large Items or Items being delivered to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories may take 4-6 weeks from the ship date to complete delivery.

Track your order
You can track your order by clicking on “My Account” located at the top of the letmom.com's department page. This will bring you to an account login page. Please fill out the fields under the “I already have an account” heading, then click "continue." This will take you to your account menu. Click on “Order Status”. Click on the invoice you wish to track. You can then click on the shipping symbol under the "Date Shipped" column next to each item to view detailed tracking information.   Packages shipped USPS display a delivery confirmation only. Detailed tracking information is not available.

Order never received?
We strive to ship items accurately and use trackable service for almost every product on our Web site to try to prevent losing your item in transit. If you have tracked your package and found any discrepancies in the delivery or have not received your order after the 10-14 day time frame, please contact one of our customer service representatives, so we can research the status of your package and resolve this issue.  Please note:  Media items may take as long as 15 business days to complete delivery. Items shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories can not be tracked and may take as long as 20 business days to complete delivery.

Large Furniture Delivery

When can I expect delivery of Large Furniture?

These products are normally delivered within 1-6 weeks from the day you place your order.

  • Our delivery company will call you to set up a delivery appointment approximately 24-48 hours in advance. The available delivery timeframes will vary, depending on each delivery company’s schedule.
  • Unless otherwise stated in the product description, delivery of large furniture products (including but not limited to; beds, futons, massage chairs, game tables, large rugs, treadmills etc.) only includes carrying the merchandise to the nearest ground-level entrance of your home or residence. (Excluding apartments or unusual driveways. Extra fees will apply as outlined below.)
  • If you want the merchandise carried into your home, or into a specific bedroom, an extra fee will apply. This fee will be negotiated with, and paid directly to the driver making the delivery. These extra delivery options are not available in all areas.
  • When this product is delivered, make sure to carefully inspect it for any damage or defects.
  • If you do notice any damage or defects, you must note them on the shipping receipt and refuse the delivery. If this does occur, please notify letmom.com ( support @letmom.com ) immediately so we can quickly resolve the issue for you.

Redelivery

If you are not home at your agreed upon delivery time or ask the carrier to come back at a later time, you will be charged a $75 - $150 fee for re-delivery.

  • Our carrier will contact you to arrange an appointment to deliver your order.
  • If you are not home at this agreed upon delivery time or if you tell the carrier to come back at a later time (for any reason), you may be charged a $75 - $150 fee for re-delivery.
  • The decision to schedule and attempt a re-delivery will be made solely at the carrier's discretion.
  • If appointments are missed, or if the carrier is unable to contact you to arrange an appointment, your order may be returned to one the fulfillment warehouses. In these cases, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Storage charge

If our carrier is forced to store your merchandise, at fee of $50 per day may be charged to you.

  • Once our carrier contacts you, you must respond to them right away to set up a delivery appointment.
  • If you do not respond, our carrier will be forced to store your merchandise at their shipping facility until they are able to contact you. You will be charged a storage fee of $50 per day.

Refuse Delivery

If you refuse a non-defective item, you will be charged for the return shipping costs.

  • If you return, refuse, or miss your delivery appointment(s) for a non-defective/un-damaged product, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • If you do not pay these costs directly to the carrier in advance, they may be deducted from your refund, after the product is returned to the appropriate warehouse.
  • Freight shipments generally cost $100 - $350 dollars, depending on the product.

Time Definite fee

If you must specify an exact time outside of our agents regular delivery schedule (i.e. you absolutely need your furniture delivered on a Saturday night between 6-9 pm), a "Time Definite" fee of up to $150 would apply. When the carrier contacts you to arrange delivery, they will do their best to work around your schedule. However, the available delivery time-slots are made solely at the carrier’s discretion. Some specific times or days may not be available in all areas.

Memory Foam Mattress Sets are delivered with White Glove Service

Our White Glove Service includes delivery and set up of the mattress in your home. (See additional fees below.) Your Mattress will be delivered within 2 - 4 weeks from the day you place your order. Our delivery company will call you to set up a delivery appointment approximately 48 hrs in advance. The delivery includes carrying the bed inside, un-boxing it, simple set-up in the proper room, and removal of the boxing material. This DOES NOT include any moving of your current mattress or complete removal of the old bedding. (This is due to state laws mandating what is considered hazardous material and what is not.) Please have your bed frame empty and ready for delivery. This service normally costs $250, but when you purchase your Isotonic Sleep System from letmom.com, our standard shipping charge is still only $7.90 per order.* (See additional fees below!)

When your mattress set is delivered, make sure to carefully inspect it for any damage or defects. If you do notice any damage or defects, you must note them on the shipping receipt and refuse the delivery. If this does occur, please notify letmom.com immediately so we can quickly resolve the issue for you.

*Additional fees will apply to the following circumstances.

Redelivery - Our carrier will contact you to arrange an appointment to deliver your order. If you are not home at this agreed upon delivery time or if you tell the carrier to come back at a later time (for any reason), you will be charged a $75 fee for re-delivery.

Storage charge - Once our carrier contacts you, you must respond to them right away to set up a delivery appointment. If you do not respond, our carrier will be forced to store your merchandise at their shipping facility until they can contact you. You will be charged a storage fee of $32 per day (after the 4th business day of our carrier trying to contact you).

Extra Time/Labor charge -$25.00 ( per 15 minutes. First 15 minutes are free) .... Standard delivery will take 15 minutes or less and the first 15 minutes are free. If you are not prepared for delivery or if a path needs to be cleared, furniture needs to be moved, or doors need to be taken off hinges in order to deliver the merchandise to your room of choice, you will be charged $25 for every additional 15 minutes that the driver is on site delivering your mattress set.

An additional "Stair Carry" fee of $27 will be charged for each floor that our delivery agent will have to go up (or down) to carry your bed from the curbside to your bedroom. This fee also applies to any steep uphill or downhill slopes which lead to the entryway of your residence. If your mattress is delivered to the main floor of your residence and there are no steep slopes leading to your home, this fee will not apply.

If you return or refuse a non-defective mattress, you will be charged $250 for the return shipping costs and up to a $50 repackaging fee will be assessed. Our freight carrier will have to entirely re-package your mattress prior to shipping it back to our fulfillment center.

Time Definite $106.00 fee (2-hr window) - This fee rarely applies. If you must specify an exact time outside of our agents regular delivery schedule (i.e. you absolutely need your bed delivered on Saturday night between 7-9 pm), a $106 "Time Definite" fee would apply. Available delivery time-slots will be determined by our delivery agent in your area. When the carrier contacts you to arrange delivery, they will do their best to work around your schedule.

Return Policy

If you received the wrong product or a damaged/defective item, you can return the item and receive a full credit under our return policy. Email us and provide the following information:
  • Items and quantities you are returning
  • Reason you are returning the items (wrong item, damaged item, or defective item)
    Please be as descriptive as possible in your reason for returning your items. The more information provided, the quicker we will be able to process the return
  • If the return can be processed, your refund will be processed within 7 to 14 days after your return is received, and you will be notified via e-mail

  • You can return most items sold by letmom.com within 20 days from the ship date.
  • To qualify, initiate the return within 20 days from the ship date and ensure that the item is in its original condition (including: packaging, manuals, warranties, accessories, security seals, etc., and shrink wrap for Book, Music, and Video products).
  • We must receive your item back within 30 days of when we originally shipped it to you.
  • Please allow us 14 days from the time we receive your item to process your return.

  • For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier.
  • The customer must pay all costs related to return shipping.

  • Your refund will be the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping fee, less the handling fee and less a restocking fee of $10 per-item.
  • Customers who paid for their item with PayPal will receive their refund to their PayPal account.
  • Customers who paid for their item with credit Card will receive their refund as instore credit. This instore credit can be used for any future purchase (you could also ask for a coupon).

  • We cannot accept the return of certain items, including:
    - Swimming suits, undergarments, body jewelry, software, gourmet foods, flowers, and factory-sealed sports collectible sets
    - Items shipped outside the United States
    - Items shipped to APO/FPO addresses
    - Other select items, as noted on the product detail page

    Orders which are to be shipped outside the United States are considered International Orders. Because the shipping rates on International Orders vary depending on weight and shipping destination, the first step in placing an International Order requires using our normal order process which submits your information to us. Once we receive the information, we will promptly respond to you via email with a shipping rate quotation for your order.

    To calculate an accurate shipping quote for your international Order you have to wait for our answer within 1-2 business days, you will receive a shipping quote for this order via email. The email will also contain instructions on methods of placing your order with us.
    Please note that we cannot ship to all countries. Changing the items in your order after receiving a shipping quote from us will necessitate a new shipping quote.
